As we continue our national growth, we are seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive business across Victoria.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and autonomous Territory Sales Manager to develop and grow relationships with electrical wholesalers, contractors, and specifiers across Victoria. You will represent a respected brand and have the tools and support to make a real impact.
Some interstate travel will be required for national sales meetings, product training, and key account collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a defined customer base across Victoria

Prospect and win new business within the electrical and construction sectors

Deliver product presentations and technical training to trade partners

Exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational success

What We're Looking For

Experience in B2B sales (lighting, electrical, or construction industry preferred)

Strong understanding of the Victorian wholesale and building products market

Excellent relationship management and communication skills

Self-starter who thrives on achieving targets and working independently

Full driver’s licence and flexibility for interstate travel as needed
