Are you ready to take the next step in your building management career? LUNA is seeking a dedicated and commercially minded Senior Building Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of sites, working across prestigious residential communities and mixed-use/commercial properties in Sydney.

About the Role

Hours: 38 hours per week (7:30am – 3:30pm), with on-call responsibilities as required.

Leadership: Oversee daily operations of complex sites, ensuring smooth service delivery across both residential and commercial environments.

Compliance & Risk: Manage WHS, AFSS, and statutory obligations, carrying out inspections and audits to maintain compliance.

Contractor & Budget Management: Coordinate contractors, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective service delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with residents, committees, and commercial tenants, providing clear communication and excellent customer service.

Reporting & Systems: Maintain accurate records in MYBOS (or similar CMMS), preparing reports for Owners Corporations and clients.

Problem-Solving: Handle maintenance issues, emergencies, and resident/tenant queries with a solutions-driven approach.

Key Skills & Attributes

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Basic handyman skills are advantageous.

Ability to handle emergencies and maintain confidentiality.

Key Qualifications

3–5+ years’ experience in building/facilities management, with exposure to commercial or mixed-use sites, is highly regarded.

Strong background in compliance, contractor management, and budget oversight.

Proficiency with MYBOS or similar management systems.

Current Australian driver’s licence, Police Check, and full work rights.
