Salary: $65k – $75k + super (depending on experience).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver high-level administrative support across a portfolio of strata schemes
• Manage email enquiries and provide PA-style support to senior managers
• Prepare agendas, meeting documents, and accurate minutes
• Assist with maintenance coordination and follow-ups
• Maintain records and statutory requirements (insurance, inspections, compliance)
• Attend to client queries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism
• Handle typing, scanning, and general office administration tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Strata or Property Admin experience is preferable, or strong administration experience within a customer related industry
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organised
• Tech-savvy with solid computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
