We’re now looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team and help support day-to-day operations while leading by example.

About the Role
As the Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations, high team performance, and outstanding customer satisfaction. You’ll take ownership of key responsibilities, contribute to business improvements, and support staff training and development.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all areas

Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to maintain a high standard of service and workplace morale

Assist in staff rostering, performance management, and training

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Monitor sales, expenses, and stock levels, helping to identify opportunities for improvement

Step into the Manager’s role when required

About You

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role

Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach

Proven ability to manage staff and maintain a positive team environment

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

Organised, reliable, and able to work autonomously when needed

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer and reporting skills (POS, scheduling, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000 minimum per year + super

Bonus Opportunities: Staff products discount

Working Hours

Monday to friday 9am to 4pm

Saturday: 9am to 2pm

Sunday: ALWAYS OFF

You will be working in a 5 days roster with 2 days off

Experience in the e-Bike and e-Scooter industry is a plus.
