The Role:

• Support and assist a Strata Manager with a portfolio of buildings
• Strata Administration ad-hoc duties
• Manage repairs and maintenance
• Liaising with stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
• Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
• Full training is provided on tasks and duties that you are not familiar with

The Candidate:

• Strata admin or real estate/property management experience desirable and/or must have a genuine interest and transferable skills/qualifications
• A great can-do attitude and must be willingness to learn
• Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence
• Proven resilience and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Excellent presentation along with excellent written and verbal communication
