We’re looking for a Warehouse Production and Logistics Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This is a Senior role that supports the our warehouse team with hands-on production and logistics managing a small team of production assistants.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include a mix of admin support, production planning, and warehouse operations:

Warehouse Operations

You will be responsible for the oversight and management of the production of our warehouse. This is a senior role working directly with the General Manager and overseeing production assistants.

Blend, weigh and pack customer products to exact recipes and specifications

Pick and palletise stock for warehouse transfers and courier pick-ups

Operate packing machinery including weigh-fillers and tea bag machines

Assist with incoming deliveries – forklift unloading, stock put-aways

Participate in rolling stock takes and warehouse inventory counts

Pack down raw ingredients from bulk into retail or wholesale sizes

Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Skills and Experience

We’re willing to train the right person, but ideally you will have:

Strong computer skills and confidence navigating multiple software platforms

Current forklift license (or willingness to obtain one)

A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy

Physically fit – able to lift boxes up to 25kg and work on your feet

A strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative

Great communication skills and a team-first attitude

Prior experience in production, warehouse, or admin support roles (highly regarded)
