The Role

As a Litigation Secretary you will be supporting 3 Partners and a self sufficient team on complex litigation and class action matters. Your duties will include:

• amendments to court documents and correspondence and preparing of briefs
• managing billings, diary and email management, organising meetings and travel
• liaising with clients and the federal and supreme courts and barristers
• general legal administration duties.

You

You will have a minimum of 3 years Litigation Secretarial experience. You will be detail orientated, organised and proactive.
