Internal Broker / Account Executive – Adelaide

An established brokerage with a long-standing reputation in the industry is seeking an Internal Broker / Account Executive to join their team in Adelaide. The business is well-established and is backed by one of the largest adviser networks in Australia. With a strong client base and a supportive team culture, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in broking.

The Role

You’ll support senior brokers while also managing your own book of clients across a mix of commercial and domestic insurance lines. This role is hands-on and varied — handling renewals, pre-renewals, and quoting, while providing high-quality client service at every step. For the right person, there’s a clear pathway to move into a full broking role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with day-to-day client servicing.
• Manage and grow a small portfolio of clients.
• Handle renewals, pre-renewals, and quoting across a range of products (Business Packs, Professional Indemnity, Liability, Motor, Fleet, Contract Works, etc.).
• Prepare and review documentation in line with compliance standards.
• Deliver a high level of service with a client-first approach.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ insurance experience, ideally in broking or client servicing.
• Tier 1 qualified (or working towards).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on clients.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work within a team.
• Familiarity with insurance systems is an advantage.
