We’re expanding fast and looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive to join us at the ground floor. This is a chance to be part of a small, ambitious team where your impact is immediate and your growth potential is huge.
What you’ll do
Hunt new business: outbound calls, emails, DMs — you’ll own the chase.
Run structured discovery + demo calls with gym owners and franchise groups.
Manage pipeline in our CRM and keep follow-ups tight.
Close deals and hand over to client success.
Work side-by-side with the founder to shape sales playbooks and outbound strategy.
Use AI tools and tech to scale your impact and work smarter.
What we’re looking for
Hungry, driven, and motivated to grow with the company.
Comfortable prospecting and chasing outbound opportunities.
Entrepreneurial mindset — resourceful, creative, and resilient.
Open to using AI and technology to give you an edge.
Sales experience helps, but attitude, drive, and coachability matter most.
Bonus: interest in fitness or experience in the industry.
