As an Account Executive, you will:
Run precision sales calls with pre-qualified founders, guiding them with clarity, confidence, and conviction.
Diagnose needs and prescribe solutions—consultative selling, backed by data and frameworks.
Manage a disciplined pipeline, tracking metrics, forecasting accurately, and consistently exceeding targets.
Operate as a trusted advisor, ensuring every client feels seen, heard, and respected—even when the right decision is a hard one.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, scripts, and sales frameworks.
Represent eCom Capital with professionalism, polish, and poise at all times.
This role is for professionals who thrive in a structured, metrics-driven environment where accountability is non-negotiable.
You Might Be a Fit If…
You have a track record of exceeding quota in high-ticket B2B or B2C sales.
You are a student of the game—you study your craft, master objections, and treat sales like a performance discipline.
You can balance competitive drive with client-first service orientation.
You are coachable, adaptable, and thrive in environments where feedback is direct and standards are uncompromising.
You are as comfortable building trust in a consultative dialogue as you are closing with authority.
Bonus points if:
You’ve sold memberships or solutions in the $5K–$50K range.
You’ve worked with founders, startups, or SMB clients.
You’ve led or mentored other sales reps and thrive in team competition.
