People and Culture Manager

Full time position 37.5 hours per week.

Maternity cover contract 12 months

Fully remote position.

About the Role

This is an exciting role that will manage the People and Culture function for a NFP.

The occupant of this position will provide high quality advice and be accountable for the delivery of all HR process with some additional external and internal support.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced People and Culture Administrator.

You will be responsible for:

Managing the People and Culture Functions to ensure it meets modern day practices.

Reviewing People and Culture policies and procedures and ensuring the are compliant with modern employment practices

Leading the recruitment processes and managing retention

Assisting with onboarding and induction

Employee relations

Performance management and conflict resolution

Building relationships with managers and assisting them to determine appropriate staffing requirements

Preparing weekly reports and ensuring follow up is undertaken

Managing the People and Culture software platform, including ensuring all documents to be sent to employees are correct and compliant

About you

To be successful in this role you should posses:

A minimum or 5 years experience working in People and Culture, preferably with a NFP

Formal qualifications are desirable.

Have great time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
