Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Risk: Drive compliance across legislation, codes, and internal policies; maintain audit-readiness; lead proactive risk mitigation and workplace safety.

Aquatic Operations: Manage daily pool operations, water quality, and staff resourcing; oversee contracts; implement procedures to boost safety and patron experience.

Business Development: Grow revenue across Swim School, and digital platforms; position Royal Life Saving SA as a sector innovator.

Strategic Leadership: Build and manage budgets and KPIs; mentor cross-functional teams; embed community-responsive innovation into operational planning.

Skills & Qualifications:

Essential

Proven experience in aquatics, facility operations, or compliance.

Certifications: WWCC

Analytical mindset with a proactive approach clear & confident communication.

Desired

Tertiary qualifications in business, safety or facility management.

Experience with commercial service leadership.

Certifications: Pool Lifeguard, Pool Operations.
