What you’ll be doing

You’ll take charge of the retail division, making sure everything runs smoothly day to day. This means:

• Leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to perform at their best
• Driving customer loyalty and creating a welcoming in-store experience
• Managing stock, merchandising, and rosters efficiently
• Recruiting and developing a high-performing team
• Building a positive, engaged workplace culture

About you

You’re an experienced retail manager who’s confident in leading people and achieving results. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in retail leadership and team development
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A results-driven approach with experience in KPIs, budgets, and wages
• A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one

Bonus points if you have: Pharmacy or healthcare retail experience, or an S2/S3 medications certificate.
