About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious and strategic NSW Commercial Sales Leader to join our team in Gladesville, NSW. This full-time, on-site position plays a vital role in shaping and executing our growth strategies across the Australian market. You'll be responsible for driving growth, nurturing key client relationships and collaborating across departments to deliver on business goals.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve commercial growth targets across key industry sectors
Leading, coaching and managing a team of commercial sales representatives to maximise sales performance
Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key commercial clients and partners
Identifying new business opportunities and closing high-value sales
Providing regular sales reports and analysis to the leadership team
Collaborating with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional activities
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience in a commercial sales leadership role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Passion for the fitness and wellness industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of our brand
