THE COMPANY
Award winning manufacturer of a wide range of engineering products including heating, cooling, plumbing and hot water products. They have offices globally and their head office is based in southwest Sydney. Having been established for over 40 years they are known as an employer of choice due to their staff programs, regular events and being strong advocates of advancing people’s careers within the business.
THE ROLE
The role gives you a smooth entry into the business with a complete focus on account management of existing account base within our plumbing customers. All of the accounts are well established and you will maintain a regular call and email cycle to ensure customer satisfaction. Our marketing team provides regular campaigns so you will always have new things to talk to customers about and they are receptive to your contact. You will have realistic KPI’s around contacts per day and response time to emails. You will report to an accomplished and experienced manager who is motivational and supportive.
ABOUT YOU
To apply for this role you must be someone who has experience working in an internal sales role where you interact with other departments in an organisation. You must be highly organised and take a real interest in making sure your customers are serviced well and well looked after. As there will be a lot of phone and email communication you must be highly organised and well versed in email and text based communications as well as verbal communication. For us the most important aspect is attitude, we are looking for people who want to join a winning team and take pride in their work.
ON OFFER
This role will attract a strong base salary around the $80K + superannuation mark as a guideline but we are open to talking with you if you are more than this guideline. There is a consistent bonus structure in place that is readily achievable due to the account management nature of the role and is paid quarterly. You will receive full training on the products and our systems as onboarding is a focus for the business to make sure you are fully equipped to perform your role.
