About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales Oceania, you will join the team as an individual contributor, selling a diverse range of Fire, Safety and SOLAS equipment. You will leverage your Fire or Marine industry knowledge and existing networks to build a solid client portfolio in the energy/offshore, aviation, defence and commercial marine sectors. You will develop and implement a sales plan to deliver revenue retention, growth and new business. You will also re-establish strategic contracts and expand life raft leasing in regional areas. By attending industry events you will obtain market intelligence and enhance the visibility of company, its products and services.
What You’ll Bring

Strong B2B technical sales experience, ideally in marine or fire safety.
High problem-solving capabilities with a solutions-based, customer centric approach
An aptitude for building deep, trust-based customer relationships
Strategic thinking, planning skills, and a good sense of humour
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and technically savvy across MS Suite
Desirable but not essential:
Relevant tertiary qualification
Fire, Marine, Aviation, Offshore, Defence or technical background is highly regarded
May suit veterans from Navy, Army, and Air Force
