Conduct property inspections, leasing appointments, and condition reports.

Manage rental applications and tenancy agreements.

Assist with property maintenance coordination and tenant enquiries.

Requirements:

Previous experience in real estate leasing or property management.

Valid Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willing to obtain).

A reliable vehicle and a current driver’s licence.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in real estate software and digital platforms.
