Salary: From $96,731 + super (based on experience)

Job Description

You’ll play a pivotal role in informing and inspiring our workforce, delivering creative communications that celebrate achievements and foster a strong organisational culture. You’ll work closely with leaders and teams to share stories that matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create dynamic content for web, intranet, social media
- Write and deliver the Team Brief employee newsletter
- Collaborate with leaders to highlight City values
- Analyse engagement data to improve communications
- Support executive communications and events
- Uphold brand and writing style guidelines
- Monitor feedback and adjust content accordingly
- Provide crisis communications support when needed

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a creative communicator with a passion for storytelling and digital engagement. You’ll ideally bring:
- Tertiary qualification or experience in communications, PR, or journalism
- Proven skills in digital content creation and editing
- Exceptional writing for diverse audiences and channels
- Ability to analyse data and report on communications effectiveness
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Experience in high-pressure or crisis communications (desirable)
- National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
