You’ll start with a manageable caseload to learn the ropes, and gradually shift into full leadership, guiding practitioners, setting strategy, and driving program growth across your region.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and scale a PBS team across your region

Deliver high-quality PBS services while reducing your personal caseload as the team grows

Design and implement effective supervision structures, including tiered leadership

Develop and roll out PBS program initiatives, including 90-day growth plans and quality improvement projects

Work directly with the executive team on strategic and operational leadership

About You:

Experienced PBS practitioner (NDIS experience highly regarded)

Strong clinical and leadership skills: you love mentoring and building capability in others

A growth mindset: you’re excited to build something bigger than yourself

Ideally based in Adelaide, Brisbane, or Sydney (or willing to work locally with remote support). Other remote and regional areas will be considered. We are looking for the right people!
