We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Service Delivery Team Leader to join our team in the Shoalhaven region.
About Coastal Connect Independence
Coastal Connect Independence is a fast-growing disability support provider assisting participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Our dedicated team of Support Professionals and staff empower participants living with a disability in the Shoalhaven and surrounding areas to take control of their own lives and achieve their full potential.
About the Role
As part of our Service Delivery Team, the Team Leader will play a vital role in ensuring effective support services for participants. This is a work-from-home position with regular travel across the Shoalhaven region.
You will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and oversee a team of Support Professionals, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following (but not limited to):
Support the Service Delivery Manager with day-to-day operations, including staff supervision and service coordination.
Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
Oversee scheduling in partnership with the Service Delivery Administration Assistant.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution to drive continuous improvement.
Participate in recruitment, induction, and orientation of Support Professionals.
Deliver hands-on support when required, including covering shifts.
Manage participant documentation, plans, and database systems.
Ensure compliance with Coastal Connect Independence’s policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
This role is integral to ensuring participants have a positive and empowering experience every time they engage with our services.
Position Details
Employment type: Full-time, 38 hours per week
Remuneration: SCHADS Level 3 Pay Point 1 ($38.65 p/h) + superannuation + leave loading

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Current NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
Current Working With Children Check
Valid driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
Current First Aid Certificate
Certificate III or IV in Disability (or equivalent)
Experience in the disability and/or aged care sector
Strong understanding of person-centred practice and issues faced by people with disability
Experience responding to challenging behaviours
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, build rapport, and adapt to changing situations
