Ready to step up in retail management with a difference?
At GMHBA, we’re not just about great eye care — we’re about creating exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for a Lead Optical Dispenser with strong retail management skills for Waurn Ponds and Leopold locations to partner with our Location Manager, drive practice performance, and coach a high-performing Eye Care team.

Why this role?

This is more than dispensing — it’s retail leadership with impact. You’ll:

• Deliver expert advice on optical dispensing and product selection
• Take ownership of day-to-day retail operations and team development
• Ensure a seamless customer journey from prescription to fitting
• Lead in stock management, supplier relations, and retail administration

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Optical Dispenser or equivalent retail/optical experience
• Strong retail management and customer service background
• Proven team leadership skills and a hands-on coaching style
• Cert IV in Optical Dispensing (or willingness to complete within 18 months – we’ll support you!)

When you’ll work:

• Tuesday to Saturday roster
• Or at minimum, two Saturdays each month
