About the role

This is a full-time opportunity for an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse (EEN) to join the team at Care Made Easy, providing home care services to older adults in the Ravenhall, VIC area. You will play a vital role in delivering personalised, high-quality care to support our clients to live independently in their own homes.

What you'll be doing

Providing direct nursing care to clients in their homes, including medication management, wound care, and clinical assessments

Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and the wider care team

Monitoring clients' health and wellbeing, and promptly reporting any changes or concerns

Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, integrated care

Maintaining detailed, accurate client records and documentation

Promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for all clients

What we're looking for

Current registration as an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse (EEN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar community nursing or home care role

Demonstrated clinical skills in areas such as medication management, wound care, and client assessment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

A compassionate, person-centred approach to care

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
