Group Payroll & WHS Manager - Automotive Industry

Key Responsibilities - Payroll Management

Coordinate and manage our outsourced payroll provider to ensure seamless end-to-end payroll processing.

Liaise with dealership management to collect and verify timesheets and other payroll data.

Process weekly payroll changes, check reports, and prepare journals for finance.

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all employee payroll details.

Work Health & Safety (WHS)

Deploy and monitor our WHS policy and management system across all business operations.

Ensure full legal compliance and due diligence for all WHS matters.

Collaborate with dealership teams to establish and lead WHS committees and consultative processes.

Organise and coordinate training to ensure our team is competent and safe in their roles.

Liaise with contracted WHS consultants for ongoing inspections and support.

About You:

Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar administrative role, with a strong focus on payroll, HR, and WHS.

Solid knowledge of payroll processing and the ability to work effectively with an outsourced provider.

Experience with Dealer Management Systems is desirable.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Exceptional time management and strong data entry skills.

A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
