We're on the lookout for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and finding effective solutions to their needs. Work in a hybrid arrangement where you'll enjoy the best of both worlds: working from home most of the time and spending one day a week in our lovely Chatswood office!
Work with us full-time (38 hours per week) and receive a competitive salary of $63,000, plus penalty rates, superannuation, and exciting bonuses! You'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication and can grow your career with us.

Your Day-to-Day:
As a valued member of our team, you will develop a deep understanding of Diabetes and all the amazing products we offer to support our customers.
You will provide outstanding technical support to customers through phone or email and troubleshoot any issues they may have.
You will have the ability to understand customer needs and go above and beyond to provide effective solutions that meet those needs.
Your interactions with customers will be documented in our CRM and internal systems to help us continue to provide exceptional service.
You will submit complaints to manufacturers to ensure that reporting guidelines are met, which will help us to continuously improve our products and services.
Most importantly, you will maintain a positive attitude and be passionate about helping people improve their quality of life. Your dedication to this mission will make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
Shift Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (3PM-11PM)
Qualifications We Value:
While experience or studies in the medical industry is preferred, we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
You'll need to be up-to-date with the latest technology trends and be able to troubleshoot technical issues with ease. This includes having a good understanding of apps, smartwatches, and major smartphone models.
