Our Customer Care Team is the main point of contact for our customers from sale to installation.

You'll be responsible for nurturing customers through every step to ensure a seamless and timely installation.

This role requires:

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Strong time management & organisational skills

A high level of empathy

A love for solving problems

A positive can-do attitude

You’ll be joining an established and supportive team who will get you up to speed with on the job training specific to the solar industry
