We are looking for a customer service professional to join our growing team. Office Shed is a leading Australian provider of outsourced admin support services to trades and services businesses. Our services include outsourced call answering, virtual administration, bookkeeping, BAS agent services as well as software migration services. In the role of Client Services Coordinator, you will deliver outsourced customer service and admin services into 4-6 tradie clients. Unlike other customer service roles where you are representing the company that employs you, here you will be providing customer service to the customers of our tradie clients. You will also provide a range of admin tasks. Each client will be different and could be anywhere in Australia. Typical daily tasks include call answering, email inbox management, scheduling, quotes, invoicing, compliance document and other ad hoc tasks as required. This is dynamic role where no two days are the same and you will be constantly challenged. It is highly rewarding in that you genuinely help your tradies client grow and fix their customer’s issues.
To be successful in the role you will have strong customer service skills, with at least 2 years’ experience. You also ideally have experience with a range of administrative tasks. Importantly you will be strong multitasker who is able to switch from different tasks and subject matters easily. You will be a strong communicator who has professional approach on the phone, with the resilience to understand customer issues are not your own. You will have attention to detail and be comfortable learning new technology platforms and quick to adapt to differing tasks. You will enjoy working in fast paced environment, with a fun yet professional team and be motivated to help your clients and colleagues alike. Candidates located in South East Queensland will be highly regarded.
