A large enterprise is seeking a Oracle EPM Finance Systems Lead – ERP Transformation to oversee the optimisation of cloud-based financial systems. This senior role focuses on planning, budgeting, reporting and consolidation, with a clear mandate to improve enterprise-wide decision-making.

The role
You'll lead the delivery of Oracle EPM finance ERP enhancements, with oversight across:

• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Consolidation and statutory reporting
• ERP process design, integration and optimisation
• Stakeholder engagement across finance, operations and digital
• Governance, controls and platform maturity
• Team mentoring and functional leadership

You will need

• Extensive experience delivering and maintaining enterprise finance ERP systems Oracle EPM
• Strong understanding of core finance processes: reporting, consolidation, GL, budgeting
• Proven ability to translate technical solutions for senior finance leaders
• Background in large, complex environments using Agile delivery
• Experience leading teams or major functional workstreams
