Sunshine Coast Radiology is the largest medical imaging provider on the Sunshine Coast, with 13 quality-assured clinics stretching from Caloundra to Cooroy. 💼 About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinics in Maroochydore/Buderim, Warana or Caloundra/Beerwah.

You'll play a vital role in supporting our patients and clinical team with your organisational skills, warm personality, and attention to detail.

📅 Choose a schedule that suits your lifestyle:

Full-time: 9-day fortnight, Mon–Fri

Part-time: 3 to 4 -day week Mon-Fri

Hours: Shifts between 7.30am – 5.15pm

☀️ What Your Day Might Look Like:

Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience

Managing bookings and billing (Medicare, private health funds, etc.)

Answering phones and supporting clinical staff

Attending team meetings and training sessions

Handling sensitive medical information with professionalism and discretion

Liaising with doctors, referrers, and patients for results and updates

You’re confident, compassionate, and calm under pressure. You love helping people and are ready to grow in a fast-paced medical environment.

You’ll bring:

Experience in Medical, Dental, Allied Health, or Radiology reception

Understanding of medical terminology

Excellent computer skills and booking system knowledge

A high standard of personal presentation and communication

A positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
