We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist to join our small, friendly team in a busy, expanding specialist practice.

About the Role:
This is a high-volume front-desk position requiring a confident, well-organised individual with a strong focus on patient care and attention to detail. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our practice.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a medical receptionist role (specialist experience highly regarded)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Genuine empathy and a patient-focused attitude

Proven ability to manage high call volumes and multi-task efficiently

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of administration

Experience with medical software and billing desirable
