Full-Time Medical Receptionist / Doctor’s Assistant – Integrative Medical Health Gold Coast

We are seeking a professional, highly organised, and adaptable individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist / Doctor’s Assistant at a well-established integrative medical clinic in Robina.

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will support a highly respected integrative doctor and a collaborative clinical team, playing a key part in delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, holistic healthcare environment.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in medical administration, or a nurse or allied health professional looking to transition into a more administrative, patient-facing role while remaining engaged in meaningful clinical work.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism

Handling incoming phone calls and emails with clarity and care

Managing patient bookings and coordinating the doctor’s schedule

Drafting and managing internal and external communications

Supporting day-to-day clinic operations and administrative functions

Liaising with practitioners, patients, and third-party providers

Proactively taking on new tasks as required, showing initiative and flexibility to support the needs of the clinic

What We’re Looking For:

The ability to stay calm and composed under pressure

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach

Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills

A willingness to take on new responsibilities and adapt as needed

Prior experience in a medical, healthcare, or fast-paced administrative setting

Familiarity with medical software systems (Best Practice Premier - desirable but not essential)

Position Details:

Location: Robina, Gold Coast

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – availability required until 6:00 PM

Clinic Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

No weekend work

Starting Wage: $35 per hour (Employee entitlement and according to Fair Work Commission award and superannuation guarantee)

Start Date: Immediate start available.
