Duties include:

Preparing leases and lease renewals

Advertising and open inspections

Carrying out all inspections and providing reports

Tenant selection

Arranging maintenance

Attending Tribunal hearings when required

Arrears

Conducting appraisals and pursuing new business opportunities

Experience and skill required:

Applicants with Property Management experience and must have Current Registration

Familiar with software such as PropertyMe

Current South Australian drivers' licence

Excellent package of $75,000- $85,000 p.a + super + bonuses for the right candidate, commensurate on experience.
