We provide solutions in data/telecommunications, fibreoptic and AV that we supply to some of the largest government and corporate accounts in Australia. QCC also specialises in the manufacturing of automotive, mining and industrial harnesses and cable assemblies. We are looking to fill a key position in our Sales Team. We are experiencing significant growth and are looking for people to join us in an expanding company with lots of opportunities.

Qualifications & experience

2+ years sales administrator and/or inside sales experience

Knowledge in data/electrical/AV/Fibreoptic cabling and solutions would be advantageous.

Tasks & responsibilities

Take inbound sales phone calls, respond to emails, generate quotations and assist our customers to get the best solution

Provide an effective and professional first contact and resolution experience to existing and new customer enquiries

Processing of Sales Orders including, Purchasing, invoicing and logistics
CRM and ERP record updating

Supervise and monitor our sales processes

Work with Sales team to identify potential opportunities and new strategies
