The Role:
Are you a seasoned professional with significant experience in managing Contracts, marketing and general sales administration within the real estate sector? We are actively seeking a skilled Administration Team Leader to join a large, busy agency, in a role that demands exceptional time management, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong ability to follow up on critical tasks. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for daily Sales and Contract Administration tasks, as well as guiding and supporting the Sales Administration team.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Oversight:
Manage Contracts with precision and facilitate an enjoyable transaction for both Sellers and Buyers. - General Sales Administration: Manage and process Form 6's and other relevant listing documentation, OFI kits for Agents, Uploading listings to websites, Auction preparation, Listing kit preparation, general Agent support
- Marketing Coordination:
Bring a wealth of experience to marketing activities and contribute strategic insights to campaigns. - Administrative Excellence:
Employ outstanding time management skills to streamline office operations, ensuring efficiency of the team in every facet of administrative processes. - Use of Vault software, Realworks, RPdata etc.

Requirements:
- Proven Professionalism: Showcase a track record of professionalism and excellence through strong experience in a similar role - MINIMUM OF 2-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE.
- Time Management Prowess: Demonstrate exceptional time management skills, handling multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Follow-up Skill: Exhibit a knack for meticulous follow-up, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard.
- Tech-Savvy: Leverage experience with office software and marketing tools to navigate seamlessly through day-to-day operations.
- Communication Proficiency: Employ clear and effective communication for successful collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
