Lexus of Perth has just opened a brand new dealership in Melville. We require a full-time Business Manager to work in our stunning new showroom.

Lexus of Perth is looking for a confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic and determined individual to handle all aspects of automotive finance and insurance sales.
You will be an integral member of a tight knit and stable Sales team, generating business from new and existing customers, to achieve your sales targets. Your overall focus will be to add value and build lasting relationships with our customers by delivering exceptional sales and customer experiences.
What does the role involve?
Work collaboratively with the Sales teams to generate leads
Build and maintain effective customer relationships
Achieve monthly finance and insurance penetration targets as agreed
Complete the finance process from application & submission through to delivery & settlement
Be an active and constructive member of the Sales Team – increasing vehicle sales, maintaining on-going contact with customer database, fulfill operational and functional duties
Preserving the high levels of customer satisfaction that is synonymous with Lexus of Perth
Personify values consistent with the Lexus brand
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Process and procedure driven, with a high degree of self-motivation and determination
Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional levels of service to our customer base.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face-to-face and phone environment
Outstanding time management and organisational skills
Passionate about achieving success in the role
Committed to delivering the highest level of customer service fitting with the Lexus of Perth Brand
The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers
Immaculate personal presentation
The ability to work in a busy team environment
Previous experience in sales, business management, finance or insurance will be favourable.
"Can Do" attitude going above & beyond customer expectations
Previous dealership experience in a similar role whilst not essential will be viewed very favourably
Strong computer competencies
Experience in using the Quantum System (Toyota Finance) preferable
