Expansion from referrals has led the Partners to commit to appointing a Manager in Taxation and Business Services. The appointment serves as another foundation stone in their succession structure.

The Tax and Business Services Manager, in conjunction with the Partner, will lead a professional in-house team generating annual fees in excess of $1.5m.

The firm's portfolio of clients are represented by a scope of commercial operations extending to medium and large scale private enterprises and active investors.

The Manager will oversee a significant portfolio of clients and be expected to develop strong relationships with astute business owners. Of equal importance, will be the ongoing professional development of the tax and accounting team in concert with the firm-wide PD program.

It is anticipated the appointee will have requisite qualifications and professional experience consistent with:

Chartered or CPA membership accreditation

A minimum ten years of experience in Australian tax and advice practices

A background servicing clients ranging from successful private enterprises to perspicacious investors

Superior business, taxation and superannuation knowledge

Demonstrable commercial acumen and business judgement

Management and professional development of an accounting team

Quality review of team output

Confidence in client interactions
