About the Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for growing our property management portfolio across Broome and Derby. Success in this role will require excellent organisation, attention to detail, and strong relationship-building skills to ensure every new client enjoys a seamless and personalised experience.

Key Responsibilities

Hold a current Property Management Real Estate Licence

Manage all new business enquiries and appraisals promptly

Enter and maintain accurate records in Vault, with weekly follow-up on appraisals

Sign up new Management Authorities and prepare detailed handover packs for Property Managers

Ensure all new management properties meet compliance and leasing standards, liaising with owners as required

Provide accurate and realistic CMAs and appraisal ranges in line with current market conditions

Represent the business at local networking events to grow connections and build the database

About You - Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Property Management (real estate experience desirable, but not essential)

Excellent customer service and confident phone manner

High-performing with ambition to succeed

Open and receptive to professional development

Positive mindset that embraces our team culture

Current driver’s licence
