Shamrock Recruitment has partnered with a well established restoration company delivering fast, professional outcomes on behalf of leading insurers, builders and loss adjusters.

Due to continued growth, they’re now seeking an experienced Restoration Manager to take the lead across Melbourne. This is a hands on role where you’ll still be on the tools as a technician, while also supervising jobs, scoping works and developing strong relationships with insurance builders and loss adjusters to help grow the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Attending water, fire and mould restoration jobs and managing projects from start to finish

Scoping works, assessing damage and allocating technicians as needed

Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance partners, builders and adjusters

Identifying opportunities for new and repeat business

Leading by example on site and ensuring high quality service delivery

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience in property restoration (water, fire, mould)

Strong technical skills and comfortable working on the tools

The ability to assess, quote and manage multiple jobs at once

Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients and stakeholders

A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Melbourne
