A long-standing main contractor who specializes in new apartment blocks is seeking an experienced and talented Site manager.

This main contractor specializes in medium spec new build apartment blocks up to 6 levels throughout Melbourne.

They are a small company with long standing relationships with a handful of local Property Developers.

Due to company growth, they require an experienced and talented Site manager with a proven track record of completing apartment blocks from the ground up.

A Carpentry trade background would be an advantage but not essential.

The successful candidate must have at least 10 years' experience as a Site manager.

This position offers a salary of $180k - $200k plus Super and a company vehicle & fuel card
