With a large presence in Melbourne and offices Australia wide, our client is a well-known commercial construction Fit out and Refurbishment main contractor, with projects ranging from retail, offices, schools and hospitals up to the value of $15m.

They have a fantastic reputation in the market, over 75% of their work is from repeat business and some of their key client relationships are more than two decades old.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a superstar Site Manager, someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the projects.

There is a real team culture here and guidance from the PM is there as required.

A huge positive here is many trades are in house which streamlines the projects and all proven systems are in place to deliver quality projects, along with an in-house Joinery division.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years' experience managing Fit out projects from start to finish.

The salary for this position is between $160k - $180k plus superannuation, a work vehicle is also provided.
