Summary of the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing inventory items that are essential for the company's day to day operations whilst maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and accurate costing.

We are seeking an individual who is a standout, driven and organised purchasing officer with demonstrated experience in a similar role and a good understanding of importing.

Key Responsiblities:

Raise and manage purchase orders and maintain accurate records

Coordinate & process local production orders

Monitor inventory levels for Purchasing requirements.

Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement requirements

Administer overseas shipments according to Company processes and workflow.

Report on Vendor Performance for all main Suppliers
