The Opportunity

As a Purchasing & Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service delivery. Working closely with our management and warehouse team, you'll oversee procurement, order fulfillment, and cross-team coordination to keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Oversee procurement of goods, ensuring timely, cost-effective supply chain management.

Monitor orders in our system (Odoo) to ensure smooth fulfillment, proactively identifying and resolving delays or bottlenecks.

Coordinate technician jobs via email, phone, and text, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and accessible.

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and technical support to schedule shipments, callouts, and resolve issues efficiently.

Facilitate cross-team collaboration between customer service, warehousing, and finance to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies.

Manage onboarding of new suppliers and properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer and inventory data.

Support daily operations, including project coordination, workflow monitoring, and implementation of operational policies.

About You

You're a proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. You're highly organized, communicate clearly, and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities. 2+ years of experience in purchasing, operations, logistics, administration, or a related field.

Whilst we seek candidates with 2+ years of experience, we remain flexible on the exact number of years for the right candidate who demonstrates strong potential in purchasing, operations, logistics, or administration.

Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo preferred; experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, NetSuite, or SAP is a plus).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A process-improvement mindset with a knack for identifying efficiencies.

Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Exceptional attention to detail and administrative accuracy.

Qualifications

Proven experience in purchasing, operations, logistics, or administration (experience in security or property management is a plus).

Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo experience highly desirable).

ERP system experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training can be provided for candidates with strong foundational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
