As an Aged Care Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our caregivers, helping them grow in their roles and navigate the challenges of providing exceptional care. Your days will be filled with purpose—delivering one-on-one coaching, facilitating practical training, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with experience in aged care coaching or training who's confident having meaningful conversations, identifying areas for growth, and leading with empathy and professionalism.
Travel across Brisbane North, Central, and Ipswich suburbs is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Coach and support caregivers to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
Create a safe, open space for caregivers to discuss their experiences and receive guidance.
Deliver in-home training on client-specific care and equipment use.
Monitor caregiver performance, offer feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Assist the People & Culture team with accurate record-keeping and documentation.
About You:
Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care, with exposure to dementia, palliative, and end-of-life care.
Cert III in Individual Support highly desirable.
Confident using aged care equipment (hoists, mobility aids, rehabilitation tools).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you connect with people easily.
Natural leader with the ability to have honest conversations and offer constructive feedback.
Excellent time management and administrative skills.

o A valid Australian driver's license
o A reliable vehicle
o A smartphone
