NSW Territory Field Representative – Health & Beauty

Location: Western Sydney, Southern Highlands, ACT & Regional Central West (Orange, Dubbo, Bathurst)

About the Role

Frostbland is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Field Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a passion for the health and beauty industry.

You’ll take ownership of an established territory, covering Western Sydney, the Southern Highlands, ACT and Regional Central West (Orange, Dubbo, Bathurst).

⚠️ Prerequisite: We will only be considering applicants with proven experience as a Territory Manager or Field Representative within the pharmacy channel. Please do not apply unless you meet this requirement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy and health & beauty retail partners to drive sales and support long-term growth.

Identify and secure new business opportunities across pharmacy & health & beauty retail.

Visit stores regularly, following a call cycle plan to ensure excellent merchandising, stock levels, and brand presence.

Train and educate pharmacy staff on product features and benefits.

Accurately forecast your pipeline and consistently meet (or exceed) monthly sales targets.

Stay on top of trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of Frostbland’s growing portfolio of brands.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Territory Manager, Field Rep or Account Manager in the pharmacy sector (mandatory).

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly self-motivated and confident working independently.

Full, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally (approx. 5 x per year).
