Stage School Australia (SSA), Melbourne's leading performing arts school and talent agency for young people aged 4–18 years, is looking for a confident and highly motivated Receptionist to join our team 2 days per week (Thursday & Friday) at our Coburg Head Office. This role is not just about answering phones – it’s about being the welcoming face of SSA and ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties: Manage the phone system and greet clients, suppliers, and couriers.
- General Office Admin: Maintain stationery levels, manage mail/deliveries, and handle scanning, photocopying and filing.
- Office Organisation: Ensure the office is tidy and organised, contributing to a pleasant and efficient work environment.

- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: A friendly demeanour and the ability to make everyone feel welcome.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Both written and verbal.

- Strong Organisational Skills: Highly organised, action orientated and detail-focused.
- Professional Presentation: Well-groomed and well-spoken.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ideal Candidate:

- Previous Experience: 2 years experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
