About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, highly organised and customer-focused Dental Receptionist Front Office Coordinator for immediate start.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of our reception area and providing exceptional patient service.

The position is Part Time Tuesday-Friday
Tuesday-Thursday 9am-6pm
Fridays 9am-4pm.

About You

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in dental reception
  • Oasis software experience is highly advantageous but not required
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Due to the range of services we offer, especially Sleep Dentistry, you will possess the following attributes:

  • Be well presented with a strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and managing the reception area in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls, booking appointments, and managing the practice's schedule
  • Handling patient enquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and confidential data in our practice management system
  • Assisting with billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as required
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Upholding the highest standards of customer service and practice procedures
