The Role

Based in Varsity Lakes, you’ll work closely with our Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll services, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Day to day, that means managing payables and receivables, supporting compliance, and keeping stakeholders informed. You’ll be part of a small but capable team that values initiative, reliability, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with payroll queries, payroll tax, superannuation, FBT, and month-end processes

Bank and general ledger reconciliations

Supporting compliance with industry/state requirements

Liaising with clients, creditors, and third-party stakeholders

Accounts payable and accounts receivable

About You

Proven experience in accounts and payroll support

Good understanding of Modern Awards and ability to interpret them

Proficiency with MYOB and strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to use initiative

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
