River City Coffee Roasters is an established specialty roastery with a big vision. We've built a strong local reputation for bloody good coffee, and now we're launching our wholesale coffee program.

We're looking for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor, take ownership of building our café network and help shape the systems and relationships that will drive growth for years to come.

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a playbook. You'll be part of writing it.

What You'll Be Doing

Growing our wholesale café network across Brisbane and surrounds.

Building strong, lasting relationships with café owners, managers, and baristas.

Taking orders, delivering beans, and ensuring our partners feel supported.

Providing training, product knowledge, and workflow advice when needed.

Assisting in shaping the sales systems, processes, and tools that underpin our growth.

Getting involved in all aspects of the business - from cupping sessions to the occasional production shift - so you know the coffee inside and out.

What We're Offering

$70k base + super + performance bonuses.

Unlimited specialty coffee (of course).

Who You Are

Background in café sales, account management, or senior barista roles.

Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly.

Self-motivated, action-oriented and organised.

Excited to wear a few hats and pitch in wherever needed.

Driver's licence required.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
