🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Maintain regular contact with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Make outbound calls to our existing client base to nurture relationships and identify opportunities.

Manage client contract renewals and proactively identify upsell opportunities.

Prepare and deliver quotes across a wide range of technology products including:

Telephones, computers, printers, and accessories

Ongoing services such as NBN, telephone services, and IT support

Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives to assist with quoting and follow-ups for their client base.

Update client information and interactions accurately in our CRM system.

Contribute to marketing campaigns by supporting promotional activities and client outreach.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar account management or sales role, ideally within the tech or telecommunications sector.

Full Australian working rights are essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.

Familiarity with quoting tools and CRM systems is a plus.
