We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Accounts Payable & Inventory Clerk who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to play an integral part in the financial operations of a high-growth business.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll support both the accounts payable and inventory management functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Verifying and processing creditor invoices and payments

Managing approvals and ensuring timely data entry in Xero

Conducting daily bank and credit card reconciliations

Coordinating supplier management, purchase orders, and inventory invoices

Preparing cash flow reports and reconciliations

Managing international payments and urgent expenditure requirements

Working closely with the Sydney accounts team and senior management

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who brings both technical skill and a people-first approach. To succeed, you’ll ideally have:

3+ years’ experience in accounts payable within a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Strong skills in Xero and/or MYOB, plus advanced Excel capability

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with suppliers and colleagues

A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude

A clean police check will also be required for this role.
