We’re on the hunt for a confident, hands-on Duty Manager / Supervisor to join the team at a well-established, classy venue right here in Albury.

This isn’t your standard “clipboards and checklists” management gig — we want someone with personality, energy, and the drive to create an atmosphere both customers and staff love.

What you’ll be doing

Running the floor and leading your team to deliver top-notch service every shift

Keeping the vibe right – ensuring smooth bar and gaming operations

Jumping in hands-on when it counts, especially during busy times

Supporting rostering, stock management, and overall venue operations

Making sure every patron leaves with a 5-star experience

What we’re looking for

Experience in a hospitality leadership role (bar or gaming experience a huge plus)

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment

Strong leadership skills – confident guiding a team and making quick decisions

Professional, customer-focused, and calm under pressure

Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including at least one weekend in four (or more if needed)
